Return & Refund Policy
At M/s Global Events & Services, we strive to deliver valuable seminar experiences to all our participants. Before purchasing a ticket, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. No Refunds for Participant Cancellations
• Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you are unable to attend the seminar for any reason (including personal, professional, or medical circumstances), no refund will be issued.
2. Seminar Postponement or Rescheduling
• In case the seminar is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
• No refunds will be provided if you cannot attend on the rescheduled date.
3. Seminar Cancellation by GES Global
• If M/s Global Events & Services cancels the seminar entirely (without rescheduling), we will initiate a full refund of your ticket fee to the original payment method.
• Please note that refunds will cover only the ticket amount. Any additional expenses (such as travel, accommodation, etc.) will not be reimbursed.
4. Refund Timeline
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
